Entering the forest, opening to sound and body.
Evening: Healing & Meditation time.
Day 2 (Oct 18 Sat.) – Deepening
Exploration with Crystal Bowls × Planet Dance.
[ Event ] Sound & Dance Ceremony: healing art & sacred movement (evening).
Day 3 (Oct 19 Sun.) – Silence & Reflection
Walking in the forest and by the lakes. Sound, meditation, and dance work.
– Closing. Around 13:00 closing & departure (lunch available for those who wish).

In the “Himmelsalen” , we will co-create a space of sound, light, and dance.
An improvisational evening of prayer and healing art shared with all participants.

Participation Fee
💫 130,000 JPY / 5,500dkk / 740 € (3 days / 2 nights, includes accommodation, meals, and all programs)
💫 Private session （1 hour） : 20,000 JPY / 880 dkk / 118 €
Not included:
- Travel expenses to/from the venue
- Personal shopping, souvenirs, café visits, or activities outside the program

From Aarhus → Ry (by train)
From Ry Station to venue: 8 km (10 min by car, taxi can be arranged)

- First-time participants in Planet Dance are welcome.
- Pre-retreat online sessions are highly recommended (with discount options).
🛏️ Accommodation before and after the retreat is available. - You are welcome to extend your stay and enjoy the peaceful life in the forest at a slower pace.
